The review includes 4 or 5 two-hour interviews over a period of a month, and enables the following:
> Analysis of the review request and context
> Validation of professional knowledge and achievements
> Search for possibilities for development in the form of professional projects or training
> The employee is supplied with a written summary. The report is not supplied to anyone else.
