OUR APPROACH

Within the framework of a redundancy programme, our approach covers three main tasks:
> Receive, inform, establish a quality dialogue
> Prepare the employees for change
> Help individual employees reposition themselves: External redeployment (
reconversion, business start-up, personal project)

External redeployment involves two stages that are co-ordinated by specialised consultants:
> Individual
support for job searches: professional and personal reviews, preparation of a project, training in job search techniques, follow-up.

Prospecting for jobs: systematic at first then targeted, this includes finding "dormant" projects and creating partnerships with employment professionals.

OUR BUSINESS

Social support during restructuring has been BPI's core business since the company was created in 1984. It is co-ordinated by teams of professional consultants who are dedicated to the project throughout the duration of the restructuring operation.
