YOUR CHALLENGE

Encourage the emergence of new activities, ensure their permanence and thus contribute to social and economic development. The aim is to enable local partners and young people to take the initiative and to dynamise and drive development of the services created.

Encourage autonomy in individuals and guarantee the professionalisation of the structures. This involves supporting the promoters and co-ordinators of the project, the employers and the young people in carrying out the different steps of the project and in knowledge transfer.

Provide support for change and help activities develop by being present in numerous domains:
> Mobilisation of local actors around new projects
> Setting up, implementation and follow-up of activities
> Professionalisation of structures and project carriers
> Methods for ensuring the permanence of the activities and jobs created
