> Managers so that they become actors driving change
We propose: > To ensure that employees are received and informed about the mobility project by organising an Information and Advice Centre, or a "Mobility Information Point"
> To train the managers (both the teams that are letting employees go and their future managers) to guarantee their support for the project and the mobility process
> To prepare employees to consider a change of position as a true recruitment process and, in order to this, to build and co-ordinate a structure that ensures a balance between individual interviews and group sessions covering recruitment topics
