YOUR CHALLENGE

Encourage employees to reposition themselves professionally and personally by allowing them to reappropriate all of their resources in order to better invest themselves in an internal or external project for the future.

OUR APPROACH

Alternate individual work and group dynamics with workshops of 6/7 participants maximum co-ordinated by specialised consultants from the Employment Facility. The themes worked on include:
> Change, what it means, what its implications are
> What work means
> Self-confidence
> Appropriating a project
> Implementing a project
Other focuses for work are proposed depending on the issues the group wishes to explore.
This approach is an integral part of the support process for internal and/or external mobility.
